Daily Duties:

  • Install residential and light commercial HVAC equipment and systems 
  • Work closely with and establish positive relationships with customers 
  • Skillfully follow best practices installation techniques 
  • Install, connect, and adjust thermostats, humidistats, and timers, using hand tools. 
  • Regularly maintain, organize and clean company vehicle 
  • Detect, Locate and Repair malfunctions 
  • Maintain accurate and complete lists of job material used 
  • Obtain and maintain required RMGA and EPA certification 
  • Nate certifications preferred 

Requirements: 

  • Strong leadership skills and a self starter 
  • Ability to establish rapport with and deliver world class service to our customers 
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and use discretion with information 
  • Ability to demonstrate and execute critical thinking 
  • Clean criminal record
